NEW CLIENT INFORMATION

Make sure your dog(s):​

• Is spayed or neutered if over 6 months of age.

• Is current on vaccinations for rabies, DHLP, PARVO, fecal, and Bordetella (kennel cough).

 

You or your vet can fax or email these records. We require at least 48 hours to elapse after your dog receives new vaccinations before boarding or daycare.

 

Register through the reservation portal. You will need your contact and basic pet information.

 

Reservation Detail:

Paws@Play requires a reservation in advance for both daycare and boarding. Daycare admission is Monday-Friday only. During peak times of the year, we have extremely limited availability for both daycare and boarding. To make sure we have availability we strongly advise you to book in advance. Daycare cancellation policy- You must cancel by 5 pm the day before your appointment to avoid an automatic daycare charge. 

 

Requirements:

• All dogs are to be evaluated (Demeanor trial day) by one of our approved staff members before signing up or purchasing daycare packages.

• We require at least 48 hours to elapse after your dog receives new vaccinations before boarding or daycare.

• All dogs must wear a collar with a proper ID tag for boarding and daycare.

Health and Safety:

• All dogs must be in good health and must not have been exposed to any contagious or communicable illnesses within 30 days before check-in. This includes both daycare and boarding. 

• Dogs must be 4 months of age or older.

• Only spayed and neutered dogs are accepted except puppies younger than 6 months. (Daycare only)

• Dogs are pack animals and play with teeth and paws. Therefore, even under constant supervision, nicks and scrapes can occur. In the event of any injuries, you will be notified as soon as possible.

• A copy of updated vaccination records from your veterinarian is required, including Rabies, DHLP, PARVO, fecal, and Bordetella (kennel cough).
